Our story is a familiar one…
Luna began with a shared recognition that something had changed for marketing and communications leaders, even if most organizations hadn’t caught up yet.
Co-founders Laura Longobardi and Courtney Corona met in 2018, coming from different sides of the same leadership equation. Laura built her career in brand and growth—where progress is expected to be visible and tied to business outcomes. Courtney came from communications and reputation—where trust, narrative and risk shape whether that progress holds.
…But our approach is a unique solution to an old problem.
Again and again, we saw the same pattern. Leaders were carrying expanding responsibilities while contribution and impact measurements were stuck in the past. The problem isn’t performance–it’s misalignment.
Luna was created to close that gap. Not as an agency, but as an impact advisory focused on making leadership value clear inside complex organizations.
Luna was created to close the gap
Luna sits—literally—at the intersection of marketing and communications, where dot-connecting and impact need to go far beyond their formal scope. We partner with CMOs, CCOs, CEO’s and Founders to clarify, strengthen and make visible how their work drives the business.
We are not a replacement for internal teams. Our role is to increase influence, alignment and effectiveness inside the organization, not dictate execution.
